We are a young, dynamic, family run business specialising in Servicing, Preventative Maintenance, Emergency Breakdowns, Sales and Installation of both Gas and Electric Commercial Catering Equipment. We work throughout the South West of England and have over 30 years Engineering experience between our engineers in the Catering industry within both the Private and Public sectors giving us extensive knowledge of appliances used in light to industrial operations.
We are driven by providing the best possible service and take the time to understand your business model, individual and the commercial requirements. Our aim is to keep your kitchen in service, whether its a breakdown that needs to be repaired urgently, replacement of an appliance, maintenance plans or assessing and advising you on your compliance to current regulations within the industry.
We are a Gas Safe Registered Company and can carry out installation, servicing and repair to all types of Commercial Catering Equipment.
MEET THE TEAM
Alex is our Director and Engineer. He has over 18 years experience in the industry having started as an apprentice back in 2000. Alex is qualified to work on both Gas and Electrical appliances. He has worked with customers with a wide range of requirements over the years, from basic routine maintenance of equipment, emergency requirements and installation of a whole range of appliances.
Emily is our Office Manager and Alex’s sister-in-law. Emily has experience working in Legal Roles, Sales and Account Management and is the main office contact. Emily organises our engineers day, places orders and deals with the accounts. If you have any queries, please give her a call and she will be more than happy to help with your enquiry.
Robert Boyne has recently joined us as an Engineer to work alongside Alex. Rob has 12 years experience in the industry and has previously worked with Alex. Like Alex, Rob is qualified to work on both Gas and Electric appliances and is able to complete routine as well as emergency maintenance and installation equipment.
